Description: Workaway was set up to promote fair exchange between budget travellers, language learners or culture seekers and families, individuals or organizations who are looking for help with a range of varied and interesting activities.

* Our philosophy:
5 hours honest work per day in exchange for food and accommodation with friendly hosts in varying situations and surroundings.

* Our aims are:
- to promote cultural understanding between different peoples and lands throughout the world.
- to enable people travelling on a limited budget to fully appreciate living and working in a foreign environment.
- to enable language learners to experience different countries and immerse themselves in their target language whilst living abroad.

We have families, individuals or organizations in a variety of different countries who have registered with us and are looking for volunteer help in a whole range of different fields. From painting to planting, building to baby-minding or shopping to shearing, aims to introduce working travellers and language learners to like minded hosts, without having to pay expensive agency fees.

Qualifications: Volunteers need to enthusiastic and open minded about working abroad.
