Tom Monaco, USA (TCBA) - "The host family was fantastic! Friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful, the food was great. They provide me excellent opportunity to meet other locals and learn more about local culture. Overall, this was a wonderful, fantastic experience! It was all I had hoped it would be, and more."

Business Development in Tanzania

Highlights: Currently our volunteers are working with the Tanzania Capital Boosting Association to run simple courses in finance and marketing. Forget your Excel spreadsheets and get used to thinking on your feet for simple solutions that cost little or no money but work. What we all take for granted in customer service and marketing is breaking new ground out here! And that's not all, we have our own microfinance fund lending $50 to $100 to small firms for expansion (offers of help are welcome).
